- Cutting - 2 Business days
- Stitching - 4 Business Days
- Quality Control - 2 Business Days
Regardless of the size of the order our production takes 15 days.
Once your order is ready we will be in contact with you . Please note that if you have paid a deposit we would require rest of the payment before your order is shipped.
1. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.
2. NeoShores uses FedEx, DHL, TNT or similar service as our default delivery partners. We prefer these service as it includes package tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. According to our delivery partners
- For USA, Canada customers, it takes about 5 to 7 business days.
- For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 15 business days.
- For AU and NZ, it may take 5 to 10 business days.
3. Please note that the tracking number will usually be traceable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become traceable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
4. For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL, Fedex or other expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3 - 7 business days.
For remote charges, since our system does not automatically identify remote areas, FedEx,DHL will divide the area by postal code, if the address on your order is in a remote area, FedEx, DHL may charge an additional fee - a remote fee that you will have to pay. We will contact you in advance and inform you of the charges.
Customs Tax/Duty
NeoShores is happy to offer worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries. However, depending on the country/region you may incur additional charges beyond our control.This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as administration fees. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country.
Adverse Weather Conditions
When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. We work with our delivery partners to avoid these delays as much as possible. When your order is dispatched, we will inform you of which delivery partner was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on the delivery partner websites as well as local weather news.
